To help us welcome everyone in a more personal and grounded way, we are asking guests to select an arrival time of either 2pm, 3pm, or 4pm. Spacing out arrivals allows us to personally greet you, give you a proper tour of Basecamp, help you get settled comfortably, and begin the experience in a more intimate and relaxed way for everyone. Please do your best to arrive during your selected time slot so we can plan accordingly. If your plans change, simply let us know in advance. I understand that participation at Just Love Forest involves inherent risks associated with outdoor environments, physical activity, wilderness conditions, community living, emotional experiences, and off-grid retreat settings, and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and well-being.*
I agree to participate with respect, care, consent, and consideration toward fellow participants, Hosts, the surrounding community, wildlife, and the natural environment, and understand that harmful, discriminatory, coercive, unsafe, or repeatedly disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.*
I understand and agree to follow Just Love Forest policies regarding no fires, no candles, or heat elements in tents, no smoking around others, 10pm-8am quiet hours, no alcohol or substance use, no weapons, no pets, the potential for schedule changes, and all the other safety or community guidelines communicated in the full agreement link above and by the Hosts.*
If bringing children or approved animals, I understand that I remain fully responsible for their supervision, safety, behavior, and impact on the community and natural environment at all times. I do not expect others to supervise them for me.*
I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor participating under my registration, and I accept full responsibility for their participation, supervision, safety, and behavior.*
I agree to practice respectful stewardship of the land and understand that cremated remains may not be scattered or released anywhere on the property without prior acknowledgment, participation, and explicit permission from the Hosts. I also understand that nothing may be removed, collected, harvested, or taken from the forest without permission, including Native American or historical artifacts, bones, feathers, rocks, plants, trees, mushrooms, natural objects, or water from springs or streams.*
I consent to receiving first-aid/emergency support and to staff contacting my emergency contact if needed.*
Last and most importantly, I understand that the acknowledgments above are only brief summaries of important points within the full Participant Agreement, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Community Guidelines linked above. We sometimes capture photos, videos, or shared reflections to honor and remember the beauty of what unfolds here together.
